Biography

Morgan Ying, P.E., is a Principal Engineer with AKM.  Mr. Ying has over 35 years of responsible experience in the planning, design, and construction of major wastewater, stormwater, and storm drain facilities.  He has the requisite knowledge and experience and demonstrated ability for completing challenging work with demanding schedules and budgets.
